Can I bring outside food and beverage into the event?

No outside food and beverage is allowed at CenturyLink Field Event Center except for sealed water bottles. Outside food and beverage is allowed at the SLU and Bell Harbor locations but allowed on boats at owner discretion.

Where can I find information for parking?

Are firearms allowed?

Firearms, including those with a concealed carry permit, are not allowed. Exception is made for uniformed officers.

Are Will Call and the Show Office the same?

At CenturyLink Field Event Center the Show Office is adjacent to the parking garage on the Concourse level and Will Call is located at the West box office. At South Lake Union, the Show Office is adjacent to the right of the main South Lake Union entrance tent where Will Call is located.

How do you get to the Club Level for weekend seminars?

Access to the Club Level elevator is just inside the North Hall entrance coming from the West Hall at CenturyLink Field Event Center. Look for signage.

Is it possible to upgrade my ticket for Uncorked or Sails & Ales if I only have a regular admission ticket?

Yes, you can purchase a tasting ticketing for an additional $15 at the token stations during the events. This $15 ticket gets you six tasting tokens and a souvenir glass. There are 10 tasting locations around CenturyLink Field Event Center for each event.

Are wheelchairs available?

Yes, wheelchairs are available at CenturyLink Field Event Center. They can be picked up at the Show Office on the second floor of the CenturyLink Field Event Center Garage adjacent to the Concourse entrance.

Where is Will Call located?

Will Call is located at the CenturyLink Field Event Center box office located adjacent to the West entrance on Occidental Ave. Will Call is also located at the entrance tent at the South Lake Union location.

What is the difference between the seminars and Boat Show University?

Seminars typically run in one hour segments and are free to attend. Boat Show University classes offer more in-depth instruction on topics that span from 3 hour classes to all day for an additional cost.

Is there a shuttle from one location to another? Do I have to show a ticket to use it? What is the cost?

Yes, there is a FREE shuttle between all three locations. You do not have to show a ticket to board. Service runs approximately every 30 minutes between the 3 locations in both directions.

Is there RV Parking available?

No, we do not have designated RV Parking available on site.

Is there a discount for veterans?

Yes! There is a $1 discount for veterans on tickets purchased at the box office with valid Military ID (limit 1 ticket discount per ID).

Are the show hours the same at all three locations?

No. The show hours for CenturyLink Field Event Center are Monday – Thursday 11am – 8pm, Fridays 11am – 9pm, Saturdays 10am – 8pm, and Sunday 10am – 6pm. Show hours for Bell Harbor Marina and South Lake Union are weekdays 11am – 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 5pm. There is a free shuttle between all 3 locations!

Are pets allowed at the show?

Rules differ between venues. Only service dogs/pets are allowed at CenturyLink Field Event Center and Bell Harbor Marina. Dogs/pets are allowed at South Lake Union, but not allowed on boats without exhibitor permission.
