Where can I find a map of the show?

Are there any COVID-19 requirements to attend the show?

There are no city, county, or state COVID-19 guidelines. We operate under the Lumen Field Health & Safety Plan at both locations of the show.

Is over-height parking available?

Yes, over-height parking is available in the North Parking Lot of Lumen Field Event Center.

Max height is 6’ 8” in Lumen Field Event Center parking garage Level 3 – 6.

Max height at Bell Street Pier Garage is 6′ 6″.

Max height at Mariners Garage at T-Mobile Park is 7′ 0″.

Are bags allowed?

Large bags like suitcases and camping backpacks are not allowed. Small bags are fine but subject to search. The NFL Clear Bag Policy does NOT apply to our event.

Are there fees for purchasing tickets?

Adult single-day and multi-day tickets purchased online incur a $1.50 ticket fee per ticket. Seminar Package tickets incur a $3 per ticket fee.

Tickets purchased at the Lumen Field & Event Center Box Office incur a $1/ticket stadium maintenance fee.

What age kids are allowed in for free?

Kids 17 and under get in free.

Can I bring outside food and beverage into the event?

No outside food and beverage is allowed at Lumen Field Event Center except for sealed water bottles. Outside food and beverage is allowed at the Bell Harbor Marina location but only allowed on boats at exhibitor discretion.

Are firearms allowed?

Firearms, including those with a concealed carry permit, are not allowed. Exception is made for uniformed officers.

Are Will Call and the Show Management Office the same?

At Lumen Field Event Center,the Show Management Office is adjacent to the parking garage on the Concourse level and Will Call is located at the West box office. At Bell Harbor Marina, the Show Management Office is at the tent entrance.

Where is Will Call located?

Will Call is located at the Lumen Field Event Center box office located adjacent to the West entrance on Occidental Ave.

Are wheelchairs available?

Yes, wheelchairs are available at Lumen Field Event Center. They can be picked up at the Show Office on the second floor of the Lumen Field Event Center, near the Concourse entrance, adjacent to the parking garage.

What is the difference between the seminars and Boat Show University?

Seminars typically run in one hour segments and are free for show attendees in-person at Lumen Field Event Center. Boat Show University classes are longer and offer more in-depth instruction on topics and require a Seminar Package ticket (starting at $99), which also includes access to watch seminars and BSU classes online. The maximum capacity for in-person viewing of BSU classes at the show is 90, first come first served, and you must have a Seminar Package ticket. 

Is there a shuttle from one location to another?

Yes, there is a FREE shuttle between both Lumen Field Event Center and Bell Harbor Marina.

Free shuttle service runs continuously between both locations. Shuttle service is available every day at all locations one hour before the show opens to one hour after the show closes. The shuttle departs from the North Parking Lot of Lumen Field and the Conference Center adjacent to Bell Harbor Marina. Look for the white tents and signage.

Is there RV Parking available?

No, we do not have designated RV Parking available on site.

Is there a discount for Veterans or Seniors?

No, we do not offer a discount for Veterans or Seniors.

Are pets allowed at the show?

Rules differ between venues. Only service dogs/pets are allowed at Lumen Field Event Center EXCEPT on Thursday, February 9 when dogs are allowed for our Dogs on Deck event. Dogs/pets are allowed at Bell Harbor Marina, but not allowed on boats without exhibitor permission.
