Seattle Boat Show In-Person or Digital: Refund Deadline Extension
When applications for the 2021 Seattle Boat Show were sent to exhibitors in July, NMTA tried to minimize exhibitor risk by guaranteeing a full 100% refund to any business that decided to cancel on or before November 2.
With that original deadline approaching, it remains uncertain whether Washington State will allow in-person events in January. For this reason, the NMTA Board has extended the 100% refund deadline for exhibitors to December 1.
Exhibitors will receive a 100% refund if they cancel their application on or before December 1.
Should regulations or health conditions prevent NMTA from producing an in-person boat show we are ready with an impressive backup plan. If you missed it, please read last Friday’s email announcement regarding the digital contingency plan.
Weekly Friday communications about the Seattle Boat Show will continue as the NMTA Staff, Board, and Boat Show Committee navigate these uncertain times. Next week’s email will have more details and a preview of the digital contingency plan.
Please contact me at katiemc@NMTA.net if you have questions. I look forward to another strong boating promotion in January, be it in-person or online.
